name, as well as your email and mailing address.
Please take your time. We need to know your marketing field,
your company's philosophy and plans in order to personalize
the logo design and portray your company's strategies.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal or personal/company checks.
After receiving
your order form, we will contact you by phone or e-mail
to confirm your order and answer any questions.
After your payment has been received, we will begin the work
on your project. You will be notified by phone or email,
and will be given a web address for your own private web
page. In 3 business days or sooner we will present you the first
10 initial designs. On your web page you will be able to
view your drafts and choose the one with which you would
like to work.
We then can start working on improving the chosen logo according
to your tastes. There is neither a time limit, nor an
extra charge for making modifications. If you are not satisfied
with the first set we presented to you, we will redo them
free of charge.
When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction
and you finalize your logo, you may be asked for stationery
information, depending on the package you choose. The
same unlimited changes will be applied to your stationary
design.
When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we
will ask for your approval and send you a Logo (Stationery)
Kit with the included files: JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF. You will
be able to download complete logo package from your private
web page, or for extra charge we will send you the design
package on a CD.
