   How long will it take to create a new Unique Logo for my business?

Answer: Normally we need 2-3 business days to create first draft of new original logo design. First draft includes 10 different designs. We also need one day to prepare logo package for the delivery. So Unique Logo can be designed and delivered in 3 days, but we offer unlimited revisions of chosen concept and final project completion date depends on the number of revisions requested by client.

   What is Pre-designed Logo?

Answer: All logos in "Products" section of our web site are Pre-designed Logos. We guarantee that you're buying a unique logo! We never sold and never will sell the same logo to anybody else. You may modify the logo in any way that you like and you may use the logo on any marketing materials without any restrictions for an unlimited period of time. Answer: Yes. You will receive Web-ready files of in GIF or JPG format, so you can easily incorporate your logo into your website.

We will also send you any other files you may need upon request. Answer: We require 50% of project cost to be paid after you review the first draft and decide to complete your project with us. The remaining 50% will be due before final delivery. If your choose one of our pre-designed packages, we deliver package after receiving full payment for the chosen product. We accept checks, money orders and PayPal Online payment.

   What information or materials will you need from us to complete the project?

Answer: Before we can start working on your project, you will be asked to tell us about your company business. You will need to fill out the GroupEra Request Form. Please tell us as much as you can to get creative juices flowing so we can create a custom logo design for you.

Answer: Any way you like. You can communicate with Group Era through e-mail, fax and phone.

Answer: Yes, we provide source files for every web or print project, so after you receive deliverables from Group Era, you can make any changes you like, all you need is appropriate software. You also can request us to make any changes for you any time you need. After project delivered all changes will be made base on $60.00/hour rate.

   Where can I print stationery designed by you?

Answer: You can print files provided by Group Era at any local print shop. For an additional fee for the print supervision by Group Era and print expenses, we arrange delivery for your project printed in our vendor print shop.

   Where do I get images for my project?

Answer: Search for the images at www.eradetectors.com. All images there are free for our clients to use in any projects we design.

   How expensive photographs for my project are going to be?
